Access from M5: Leave at Junction 30. Follow the signs for the A379 "Exeter/Dawlish" road. Approaching the Countess Wear roundabout avoid getting in far left lane as this leads you to Topsham and also avoid the far right lane as this takes you into Central Exeter. Stick in 2nd left lane and go straight over roundabout. You will pass under the green footbridge and then over the swingbridge that goes over the canal. At Matford roundabout avoid getting in far left lane as this takes you to Dawlish, keep in right hand lane, at the Devon Motel roundabout turn right into Bad Homburg Way, keep in left hand lane and bear left at roundabout opposite BMW/Mini Dealership, at mini roundabout opposite entrance to Park and Ride go straight over into Matford Park Road, past Ferrari/Chevrolet dealership on right, past Land Rover dealership on right, 2nd left turning opposite Mercedes/Smart Car Dealership on right, with Carrs Prestige Cars on left on the corner, turn into Manaton Close, we are the glass fronted building at the end of the road, the visitors car park is round to the right, the reception is in the front right of the building.

If you miss our turning and carry on to the end of the road, simply turn right at the junction with the Porsche dealership on the right and Bentleys dealership on the left and you will come back to the BMW roundabout! Marsh Barton is famous for having the highest density of different car dealerships in one area, so it is easier to navigate by the types of dealerships.
