Security

Besley & Copp Ltd have systems in place to ensure the security of all imformation held on our computer systems. All data is Virus scanned and is involved in a scheduled backup routine. To ensure that Besley  & Copp Ltd can recover from major technical or material disaster we have made sure that all of our company data is stored securely off-site.

Privacy

We take great care to ensure the confidentially of our customers. At no time will your information be discussed with a third party unless you have given us your express permission and we have verified their identity in accordance with your instructions. For a small charge Besley & Copp Ltd can provide you with a hard copy of any information that we hold relating to your company. We do not sell your personal information to others. We are registered with the Data Protection Agency, which strictly governs the way we deal with your personal & company information. (Data Protection Act 1998, Registration No Z6694979).
